Current Projects

We currently have two projects ongoing in the Western Suburbs of Paris.

In Versailles in the historic Bailliage du Roy. The building is in the heart of the Versailles antiques quarter, we are currently transforming the upper parts into a state of the art Coliving residence that will at the same time respecting the unique history of the building and location.

In Suresnes we have a project to construct 49 studios in a prime location with views over Paris and La Défense.
